facebook to buy whatsapp for $19bn .the news of facebook buying whatsapp has been spreading on social media networking platform and new channels all around the web.you don't have to be surprised at this because facebook had shown interest earlier on before now.not only tha facebook made a move, google also made move to buy whatsapp but guess it did't go well.according to the news, whatsapp messenger is approaching a billion users and monthly users of over 450 million.the social networking giant, facebook inc has realy made lots of effort in the acquisition of whatsapp and this is coming to reality.

with the news around, The deal to buy it includes $4bn in cash and approximately $12bn worth of Facebook shares, plus an additional $3bn in stock to WhatsApp's founders and employees at a later date.this is a big deal made by facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg.in the history of facebok acquisition of any app or web platform, whatsapp deal is one of the bigest.guess they have seen a lot of potentials whatsapp messenger has to offer considering the large user database. base on this acquisition, will the privacy of whatsapp users come to an end or not.that is another thing we should watch out for.
