see then, insert the bellow
settings into it.

USERNAME: wap
PASSWORD for APN: wap
After that, save and exit.
Then open your OPERAMINI and
insert this:
HTTP- http://64.255.164.117/
SOCKET- socket://64.255.164.117
host: www.google.com.ng
-It also works fine for those
making use of normal phone or
15mb data plan.
